Yoga - Fall 2016

Fall 2016 sessions start up November 7


Lead by certified yoga instructor and triathlete Steph Neufeld, this 6 week program is tailored to progressively address releasing muscles groups frequently problematic for runners and cyclists. 

Please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle as well as any other yoga practice gear such as a block or straps (limited equipment is available to borrow).
