Element Bike Training - 1 session per week, January 8 - March 30, 2019


Online registration for Indoor Bike Training for January 8 to March 30, 2019. This is for 12 weeks of bike workouts designed to improve bike fitness, strength and power and get you fit to hit the roads as soon as the snow has been chased away.  The session start up Tuesday, January 8, 2019 and running through to Saturday, March 30, 2019.  We've set it up 3 blocks of 4 weeks each and you can register for either of the 4 week blocks or for all 12 weeks.  Here's the detailed schedule:

-   Tuesday sessions will run at 6PM.
 Saturday sessions will run at 830AM.
-   Arrive 10 to 20 minutes early in order to get set up.
-   Bring your own bike and trainer, water bottle, towel, anything else you think you need.
-   Drop in fee is just $15 per session
-   You can register for all 16 sessions for just $189.  Register here for this option.
-   If you are only want to register for 1 session per week, the fee is just $99.
-   Bike and trainer storage on site is available.
-   Sessions will be coached by Steph Neufeld and Elise Gaudet
