Fall-Winter 2016-2017 Training At Element 

Effective April 18, we have officially finished up with our indoor training sessions for this season.

 

What's new for 2016 and 2107?


This programs wraps/wrapped up April 15th.  We will continue to ride Tuesday from the store. Come and ride any time! 

For those of you who rode indoors with Element and Steph this past winter, thank you for joining us.  As much as we look forward to seeing you back here next winter, we are really looking forward to seeing you on the road this summer

We featured Steph Neufeld at a few bike workouts last year and yoga over the summer and it went so well for all of us that she's coming back for more.  

When does it start?

The Winter 2017 session starts on Thursday January 5 and runs for 12 weeks up to and including Saturday, April 15.  Here's the current schedule:

Drop in fee is $15 for all of the regular yoga and bike workouts. The Sunday Extra session for which the drop in fee is $25.  Run workouts are open and optional (but great for you so just do it already!). 


*  Run workouts are weather-dependent in the winter. At temps below -15C, it is safe to assume the run is cancelled.

Bike Storage

 

There is room at Element to store your bike and trainer between workouts. This will be made available to anyone signing up for the full 12 week session of bike rides..
