As of September 30, 2017, the Tuesday outdoor ride season has wrapped up, sadly. But we've still got the weekends, at least for now!

Element Spring-Summer Bike Training

Effective April 19, we have transitioned to outdoor ride for the season.  Regular summer rides will start at 6PM and will run on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.  The Tuesday night ride will be the harder workout of the two. You can expect a variety of workout formats:  hill repeats, sprint work, aerobic threshold work ("hot laps") sets and, of course, the "potpourri" workout (a little bit of everything thrown together.  As in previous years, the ride is weather-dependent.  



All outdoor rides are weather permitting.  We will not start a ride in raining or thunder and lightning conditions or when a storm is imminent according to or when a or temperatures with windchill at freezing temperatures.


Stay tuned regarding longer weekend rides of 2 to 4 hours on Sundays.  The owners of Element routinely ride on Sundays and you are welcome to join us.  Start times vary throughout the season - check in with us if you want to join in.
